摘要
目的 探讨中医治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法 将 88例患者随机配对分为两组,治疗组 44例,采用中药保肾汤,每日一剂。对照组采用一般治疗(降糖、降脂、降压)。结果 两组治疗后对比,β_2微球蛋白(β_2-MG)及尿微量蛋白排泄率(UAER)P<0.01,有非常显著差异。结论 中药治疗早期糖尿病肾病,疗效显著。
Objective To explore curative effect of early mephropathy of diabetes mellitus treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Eighty- eight patienes with early mephropathy of diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups at random . 44 cases of the therapeutic group were treated with Chinese herbs protective kidney soup and it has been taken once a day and the other 44 cases treated with commonly cure (reduce blood sugar, reduce blood fattiness, reduce blood pressure ). Results From two groups contrast of after treating ,that the β2 minim globulin (β2 - MG) and the drainage ratio of urine minim albumin(UAER) is very difference ( P<0.01). Conclution To treat early mephropathy of diabetes mellitus with Chinese medicine is very marked.
