厌氧处理对烤烟K326体内钾的累积及分配的影响 被引量:4

Effects of anaerobic treatment on accumulation and distribution of potassium in flue-cured tobacco plant

摘要 在营养液培养条件下,通过正常通气或通氮气,定量研究了厌氧处理对烤烟体内钾的含量、累积量、分配及溢泌量的影响。结果表明,在团棵期对烤烟进行厌氧处理6 d时,烤烟各器官的生物量、钾含量及其累积量均显著降低,以上各项指标分别比正常通气降低了31.06 %~48.16 %、15.33 %~29.70 %、42.68 %~55.56 %;钾的分配无明显变化;而根系向外溢泌钾的速度大幅度增加,为对照的1.63倍。可见,良好的通气条件对于提高钾的吸收、减少烟草体内钾的溢泌是非常必要的。 Tobacco seedlings were grown in Hoagland nutrient solution. The solution was continuously aerated either with air to establish an optimal oxygen supply or with N2 gas to create an anaerobic condition. The results showed that dry weight, content and accumulation of potassium in different organs of flue-cured tobacco were decreased by 31.06 %~48.16 %, 15.33 %~29.70 % and 42.68 %~55.56 %, respectively, under anaerobic condition compared with control. While no significant change in K distribution could be detected in anaerobic plants. Rapid efflux of K from hypoxia roots was attributed to an increased membrane permeability to K, which was 1.63 times to that from normal plants roots.
