摘要
将单纯性肥胖大鼠随机分为运动用药组(A组)、单纯运动组(B组)、单纯用药组(C组)和肥胖对照组(D组),同时设空白对照组为E组,经5周实验后,A组、B组和C组平均体重、体重增长值显著低于D组,体重增长平均值显著地低于E组;A、B、C三组大鼠总脂肪垫显著低于D组;A、B、C组的Lee's指数显著低于D组;A组、C组和B组的甘油三酯显著低于D组,A、C组的胆固醇显著地低于B组,后者还低于D组;C组的血睾酮水平显著地高于其它任何一组。
Methods: simple obesity rats were randomly divided into five groups: sports Fuyuan mixture group (group A), simple sports group (group B), simple Fuyuan mixture group (group C), fat contrast group (group D) and simple contrast group(group E). After correspondent processing, it has tested average weight, RFP, EFP, index of Lee's, HB, T, C, SOD, MDA, TG, TC, LDL and HDL. Results: Average weight, increase of weight were obviously lower in group A, group B and group C than that in group D and also their average of increase of weight were obviously lower than that in group E; Group A, group B and group C's entire FP were obviously lower than that of group D with their Lee's index obviously lower than that of group D; Group A, group B and group C's TG were obviously lower than that of group E with A and C's TC obviously lower than that of B and B's lower than D's; Group C's T were higher obviously as compared with others.
