摘要
目的 了解医院全年四季医院感染的发病情况 ,为各季节预防医院感染的发生提出依据。方法 收集我院 4年医院感染病例 112 2例进行统计分析。结果 4年医院感染发生率平均为 5 .15 % ;各季节分别为春季 5 .5 6 %、夏季5 .35 %、秋季 4 .5 1%、冬季 5 .19% ;不同季节主要医院感染部位发病以下呼吸道感染以冬季为最高 ;胃肠道感染次之 ;眼、耳鼻喉、口腔感染近年呈上升趋势 ,主要发病于春季。结论 根据 4年医院感染病例统计分析 ,不同季节感染发病率有一定差异 ,医院感染部位的发病与气候、季节、温度、湿度和地理条件有密切的关系。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of acquired hospital infection in inpatients at the four different seasons of a year, on the basis of which corresponding preventive measures can be explored. METHODS A total of 1 122 cases of inpatients with acquired hospital infection during the last four years were available and analysed statistically. RESULTS The average incidence of acquired hospital infection in inpatients was 5.15%. The incidence in spring, summer, autumn and winter were 5.56%, 5.35%, 4.51% and 5.19%, respectively. The lower respiratory tract infection occurred the most frequently in all seasons and followed immediately by the gastrointestinal infection occurring mainly in summer,automn and winter. Recently, the incidence of infections in eyes, nose, pharynx and mouth showed a tendency to go up, mainly in spring. CONCLUSIONS The incidence of acquired hospital infection in inpatients was different among different seasons but was not significant statistically. Besides, the infected sites were closely related to such geographical conditions such as climate, season and moisture.
