摘要
从提高多电平变换器的可靠性出发,在分析了开关器件发生故障时对电路运行影响的基础上,提出了一种具有冗余功能的多电平变换器拓扑结构。在该拓扑中,当电路的一部分发生故障时,可以利用冗余资源以及改变控制方式来实现发生故障电路的功能,以保证系统的主要功能正常运行,从而提高整个系统的可靠性。同时,该拓扑具有电压自平衡能力,无需额外的中点电位平衡电路。该文以该电路拓扑的五电平为例进行了分析研究,并通过仿真验证了其可行性。
To improve the reliability of multilevel converter, its topology with redundancy ability is proposed in this paper after analyzing the power switch failure in it. The main function of the system can be carried out by using some redundant resources and changing the control mode when one part of the circuit fails. Meanwhile, the topology has voltage-self-balance ability, and therefore, no additional neutral-point-potential balancing circuit is needed. A single-phase five-level inverter is considered and simulated, and the results prove its validity.
