摘要
本文提出一个新的直接氯化单元改造设计方案,同时采用了高温直接氯化和低温直接氯化两种技术,使设计方案在满足改造要求的基础上具有技术先进、投资省及大幅节能的特点。
This paper introduces an advanced revamping design solution for Direct Chlorination unit of VCM plant which based on a balanced oxychlorination process.By the combination of hightemperature and lowtemperature Direct Chlorination technology,this solution can achieve the advantages of high technical figure,saving energy and lower investment.
