摘要
目的 :研究口服黄芪皂甙对糖尿病大鼠血清中激素的影响。方法 :以Wistar雄性大鼠为研究对象 ,应用放射免疫检测技术研究了以灌胃方法给予黄芪皂甙 (15mg/kg)后 ,血清中生长激素、胰岛素、TSH、T3 、T4、血糖、皮质醇水平的变化。结果 :实验 1个月后 ,糖尿病组血清中生长激素、胰岛素、血糖较对照组有显著性差异 ;黄芪皂甙治疗糖尿病组较对照组无显著性差异。结论 :黄芪皂甙能降低糖尿病大鼠血糖 。
Objective:To investigate the effects of astragalus saponin on levels of some hormone in diabetic rats serum. Methods:levels of growth hormone(GH)、insulin、TSH、T 3、T 4、Blood Sugar and Cortisol in the serum of Wistar rats were measured by radio immunoassay after administrated with SS(15 mg/kg)for one month. Results:After one month, GH and insulin levels were reduced and blood sugar levels were increased in DM; GH and insulin levels were increased and blood sugar levels were reduced in SS. Conclusion:SS could induced hormone changes in the rat serum.
