摘要
本文通过对天津公安系统应急平台建设及资源应用需求的分析,在深入研究相关技术的基础上,基于第三代110现有的各种资源,通过对公安基础数据资源、各种社会数据资源、公安应急数据资源、公安视频数据资源的整合和综合利用,构建了天津公安应急指挥调度综合平台。
Based on in-depth study of the related technologies and all kinds of existing resources of the 3rd Genera-tion of 110, this article constructs Tianjin Public Security Emergency Command and Control Comprehensive Platform through analyzing the requirements of emergency platform construction and resource application of Tianjin public secu-rity system and the integration and comprehensive utilization of the basic data resources of public security, all kinds of social data resources, the emergency data resources of public security and the video data resources of public security.
