摘要
以甲苯气相加氢反应为探针 ,在微反 -色谱装置上测定了纳米 Ce Ni/γ- Al2 O3加氢催化剂的活性和稳定性。通过 TEM和 DSC- TG对催化剂进行了表征。实验证明 :纳米 Ce Ni/γ-Al2 O3加氢催化剂比工业用加氢催化剂节约活性组分约 70 % ,经 1 2 0 0 h连续运转后 ,甲苯加氢转变为甲基环己烷的转化率仍保持在 99%以上 。
The activity and stability of nano CeNi/γ Al 2O 3 hydrogenation catalyst have been studied. The catalyst was characterized with TEM and DSC TG.The gas phase hydrogenation of toluene was studied for 1200 hours,the conversion of toluene was over 90%. The experiments showed that the nano CeNi/γ Al 2O 3 hydrogenation catalyst had a high activitiy and better stabilitiy.
