摘要
本文结合笔者多年从事科技成果转化的实践,总结归纳了国内外高校科技成果转化模式及利弊,提出了当前在高校科技成果转化中值得注意的几个问题。
This paper sums up the transformation models of scientific and technological achievement of Chinese and foreign universities,and puts forward some questions to be noticed in transformation currently.
