摘要
苦豆碱、槐定碱、槐果碱及苦豆草生物总碱对抗去甲肾上腺素所致兔主动脉条收缩,但不影响高钾去极化引起的兔主动脉条收缩。苦豆碱也不抑制钙离子载体A_(23187)诱导的大鼠中性白细胞[Ca^(2+)]i增加,提示此类药抑制细胞内Ca^(2+)动员而不影响细胞外Ca^(2+)流入。苦豆碱对活化白细胞氧自由基形成有较强的抑制作用,此作用和调节[Ca^(2+)]i无关。
The calcium antagonistic action of aloperine type drugs and the inhibitory effect of aloperine on the activation of rat neutrophils were studied. The results showed that aloperine, sophoridine, sophocarpine as well as their total alkaloids of sophora, alopecuroids L. abolished the contraction of rabbit aorta strip (Rb. A) stimulated by noradrenaline but leaved Rb. A contraction caused by KCl unaffected. Alogerine also did not inhibited [Ca^(2+)]i rise in rat neutraphils stimulated by A23187,suggesting that the mobilization of intracellular calcium
