摘要
以对氯苯甲醛为起始原料 ,采用Strecker合成法制备α -氨基对氯苯乙腈 ,进而水解成相应的α-对氯苯基甘氨酸。在明确了影响反应的主要因素及其化学成因的基础上 ,采用改进的三组分溶媒体系 ,使反应效果得到明显改善 ,总收率达到 6 0 %左右。
The efficient synthesis of α-(p-chlorophenyl)glycine,an important intermediate of arylpyrrole pesticides,has been achieved by employing the Strecker Synthesis.p-Chlorobenzaldehyde was used as starting material andα-amino-p-chlorophenylacetonitrile as precursor of α-(p-chlorophenyl)glycine.Based on afurther understanding of the reaction chemistry,a new solvent system was used,and thus the reaction was significantly improved with a good total yield of about 60%.
