摘要
目的 :探讨动态心电图检查对诊断无痛性心肌缺血的应用价值。方法 :对2012年7月~2014年7月期间我院收治的130例无痛性心肌缺血患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这130例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有65例患者。为对照组患者使用常规的心电图检查进行诊断,为观察组患者使用动态心电图检查进行诊断。诊断结束后,比较两组患者无痛性心肌缺血的检出率。结果 :诊断结束后,观察组患者无痛性心肌缺血的检出率明显高于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 :用动态心电图检查对无痛性心肌缺血患者进行诊断的效果显著。此诊断方法具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the role of dynamic ECG diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in patients with painless. Methods: 130 cases in our hospital painless myocardial ischemia in patients according to the principle of voluntary was divided into control experimental(n = 65, take routine EKG) and group group (n= 65 take Holter), the results of the treatment groups were compared. Results: The experimental group was significantly higher in patients with positive rates, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Myocardial ischemia in patients with painless application Holter can significantly improve the positive rate has important clinical significance value of early diagnosis and treatment of disease.
