摘要
采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC),对贵州某高校2346位新生的心理健康水平进行测量。研究结果显示:大学新生所面对的生活事件与其抑郁情绪显著正相关;压力越大,其中度、重度抑郁情绪比例越高。有抑郁情绪(轻度、中度和重度)的女生比例显著高于男生;人际关系自评越低,具有抑郁情绪的比例就越高。所有负性事件中,大学新生感知的学习压力最大,女生在人际关系和学习方面感知到的压力显著高于男生,男生在其他维度上感知到的压力显著高于女生。生活事件中,人际关系、学习、受惩罚、丧失、健康和适应、其他压力均对抑郁情绪有显著的预测作用。所以,减少大学新生的负性生活事件,可有效降低其抑郁情绪。
Used Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Adolescent Life Events Scale(ASLEC)to measured the mental health level of 2346 freshmen in a university in Guizhou.The results showed that:the life events faced by freshmen were positively correlated with their depression.The greater the stress, the higher the rate of moderate and severe depression.The rate of girls with depression(mild,moderate and severe) was significantly higher than that of boys.The lower the self-rating, the higher the rate of depression.Of all negative events, freshmen have the greatest perceived learning pressure.Girls ’ perceived pressure in interpersonal relationships and learning is significantly higher than that of boys.The pressure perceived by boys in other dimensions was significantly higher than that of girls.Life events, interpersonal relationships, learning, punishment, loss, health and adaptation, and other stress have significant predictive effects on depression.So,reducing the negative life events of freshmen can effectively reduce their depression.
