摘要
目的研究不同剂量超短波对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后的修复及再生作用。方法共选取48只健康雄性SD大鼠,将其随机分为正常组(A组)、对照组(B组)、无热量组(C组)和微热量组(D组)四组,每组大鼠12只。A组不做任何处理,B、C、D组造成大鼠坐骨神经SeddonⅡ度损伤模型,24 h后进行实验,A组及B组给予无效治疗,C组及D组进行超短波治疗,每次7 min,每周5次。分别于治疗2周和4周后,采用足印法及HE染色法,评定大鼠坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)及观察神经再生情况。结果 2周时,C组及D组SFI得分均明显高于B组,D组SFI得分明显高于C组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4周时,C组及D组SFI得分均明显高于B组,D组SFI得分明显高于C组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2周时,C、D组髓鞘崩解及炎性细胞较B组少,D组神经纤维排列较C组规则。4周时,C、D组神经纤维轴突再生较B组明显,D组神经纤维排列较C组规则。结论超短波治疗可以使坐骨神经损伤后修复及再生的过程加快,同时微热剂量超短波治疗对坐骨神经损伤恢复较无热剂量超短波剂量快。
Objective To study on the effects of different doses of ultra-short wave on the repair and rehabilitation of sciatic in rats nerve after injury.Methods A total of forty-eight healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group(group A),control group(group B),non-caloric group(group C),Micro-calorific group(group D),and 12 rats in each group.Rats in group A without any treatment,however,SeddonⅡsciatic nerve injury caused in rats in groups B,C,and D.Rats began experiment24 hours after the injury.Rats in group A and group B were given ineffective treatment after operation,and rats in group C and group D were given ultra-short wave treatment.Therapy time was seven minutes a time,five times a week.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks,foot-printing method and HE staining method were used to understand the sciatic nerve function index(SFI)score of rats,and observe the nerve regeneration.Results At the 2 ndweek,SFI scores in group C and D were significantly higher than that of group B,and this of group D was significantly higher than that in group C,and the differences among groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4 th week,SFI scores in group C and D were significantly higher than that in group B,and this in group D was significantly higher than that in group C,and there was statistically significant difference among groups(P<0.05).At 2 ndweek,axonal swelling and demyelination and inflammatory cells of group C and D were less than B group,and nerve fibers arrangement of group D was more regular than group C.At 4 thweek,nerve fibers axonal regeneration of group C and D were significantly more than group B,and nerve fibers arrangement of group D was more regular than group C.Conclusions Ultra-short wave therapy could promote the recovery of nerve function after injury and Micro-calorific group was faster than non-caloric group on recovery.
