摘要
受现代化和网络技术的影响,高校图书馆参考咨询工作出现了一些新特点。对此,必须加强队伍建设,提高从业人员的素质;加强各类文献信息资源的建设与开发;促进馆际协作与资源共享,提高服务层次与水平。
Reference consultant service is an important work of library services. In the fluencies of the modern network technology, reference consultant service has possessed some new characteristics. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of the staff and raise their qualities and enhance the construction and exploitation of various document information resources so as to accelerate the cooperation and the share of resources a-mong libraries, improve the service level.
