摘要
根据某化工企业HTC(高温氯化)工艺说明,对设备、管道、构筑物等进行工程参数以及几何参数的设计,并对设备的方位以及管路的走向进行设计。同时,运用PDSOFT进行构筑物、设备、管道等的三维建模,从而完成三维工厂单元模型的建立。在PDSOFT中绘制三维模型,导入到3D Max里添加材质和渲染,再用Unity3D添加化工仿真过程,以完成仿真模拟操作。
According to the HTC(High Temperature Chlorination)process of a chemical company,we design engineering parameters and geometric parameters of equipment,pipes and structures.Then we design the orientation of the equipment and the direction of the line.At the same time we create the 3D modeling of structures,equipment and pipelines with PD SOFT.Next,we completed the 3dfactory model.Finally we make the 3D model drawn in PD SOFT imported into 3D Max to add textures and rendering and add some chemical simulation processes with Unity3D to complete some simulation operation.
