摘要
目的评价迷你腹腔镜阑尾切除手术新方法。方法1997年3月至2002年12月应用微型腹腔镜手术器械行阑尾切除36例,并对其临床资料进行分析。结果手术全部成功。术中出血平均少于5ml,平均手术时间40min,术后不需用止痛剂。住院日2～10(平均4.5)d。术后微切口感染1例,无术后出血及其他并发症。术后3～6个月复查,手术瘢痕消失或不明显。结论应用微型腹腔镜行阑尾切除手术损伤可达到最小,术后疼痛轻,美容效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the new techniques of mini laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods Thirty six cases with appendicitis were treated by mini laparoscopic technique from Mar.1997 to Dec.2002 and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were cured successfully with averaged operative time of 40 minutes and intraoperative bleeding less than 5 ml, and no analgetics were needed postoperatively. The hospital stay averaged 4 5 days. No postoperative bleeding occurred and only one case had mini incision infection. The scars were invisible or not obvious 3～6 months postoperatively. Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy using mini laparoscopic instruments is safe with least injury, postoperative pain, and has better cosmetic effect.
