摘要
全国水库防洪调度决策支持系统是以水库防洪调度决策支持分中心为单元,国家防总、流域及省地市防汛指挥部门的决策支持系统为决策中心,所组成的全国重点大中型水库(群)分布式决策支持系统工程。该系统高层决策支持中心主要由信息采集与传输模块、信息服务模块、防洪调度决策会商模块、数据库及管理模块等组成;具有规范化、标准化程度高,自动化程度高,水库洪水资源利用率高,技术理论水平高,实用性强,建设规模大,应用前景广等特点。
The decision support system for reservoir flooddispatching in China is a project of distributiontype decision support system of key large and mediumscale reservoirs in China. It is formed by two parts, one is taking the reservoir flood dispatching decision support subcenters as units and another is taking the decision support systems of State, river basin's, provincial, prefecture's and city's flood control command departments as its decision center. The center of this system is composed of information collection and transmission modules, information service modules, flood dispatching decision consultation modules, database and management module. It has the advantageous of high standardization degree, high automation level, high reservoir flood resources availability, high technical and theoretical level, easy to practice, large construction scale, and wide application prospects.
