摘要
建立了小型甘蔗收割机主子结构的模态模型及刀盘的有限元模型,运用混合模态综合法,综合主子结构与刀盘结构,建立了广义坐标下的整体系统动力学模型.基于此模型对甘蔗收割机切割器进行了结构动态设计,提高了切割器动态性能.
The article establishes the model of cutting disc and main substructure. The former is based on finite element method. The latter is based on modal analysis method. Based on substructure coupling method, the dynamical model of the system is obtained. Dynamic design of minitype sugarcane harvester is made according to the model.
