摘要
基于对干旱变量的均值、变差系数和序列相关系数等统计参数分析 ,研究了上述参数对干旱历时和干旱程度的影响 ,提出了与洪水频率计算公式相类似的极端干旱历时和极端干旱程度计算公式 ,最后以黄河下游大汶河流域东周水库为例 。
Based on analysis on statistic parameters including mean, coefficient of variation and serial correlation of drought, the foresaid parameters on drought duration and severity were studied. The extremal drought duration and severity expressions were developed. Taking Dongzhou Reservoir as an example, the related design parameters were calculated.
