摘要
对热应激产蛋鸡分别在饲料中添加1%的NH_4Cl与0.5%的NaHCO_3和饮水中添加0.2%的KCl与NH_4Cl抗热应激试验中,于舍内温度为28℃、33℃和38℃时。各采取血液进行血液生化指标测定。结果表明:三个组鸡的血清钙、钾、尿酸浓度、血浆CO_2结合力和血清AKP活性均随温度的升高而下降。而血清钠浓度则随着温度的升高而上升,这是热应激导致的变化;但是,第三组(对照组)鸡的血清钙、钾、尿酸浓度、血浆CO_2结合力和血清AKP活性比喂电解质的一、二组下降幅度要大,说明所添喂电解质可以减少热应激产蛋鸡的血液生化指标的变化幅度,对产蛋鸡热应激具有一定的缓解作用。
Three groups of layers were used in this experiment. The layers in group 1 were fed with 1% ammonium chloride and 0.5% sodium bicarbonate in addition to their diet, the layers in group 2 were fed with 0.2% ammonium chloride and 0.2% potassium chloride in addition to their drinking water, the layers in group 3 were as the control. While the environmental temperature inside the layer house was 28℃, 33℃ and 38℃, the blood of layers in the 3 groups were taken for the analysis of biochemical parameters, respectively.The results showed that in the layers of the 3 groups the level of calcium, potassium and uric acid in serum, thc carbon dioxide-binding power with plasma, and the activity of alkaline phosphocsterase in serum declined, but the level of sodium in serum rose with the increasing environmental temperature. Thses changes were induced by heat stress. However, the magnitude of the changes in the above biochemical parameters of blood in the layers of group 3 (the control group) was larger than that in the layers of group 1 and 2. It indicates that using electrolytes in diet or drinking water would moderate the changes in biochemical parameters of blood in heat strcssed layers.
