摘要
目的分析静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)液体配置药物配置差错的原因,并观察防范效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1-6月液体配置错误的类型并进行总结,分析差错的原因,分析舱内常见配置差错发生的原因,并提出针对性防范措施。结果医院PIVAS 2017年1-6月共配置液体1 004 671袋,液体配置错误共62袋,配置差错率为0. 062‰。通过分析配置差错发生的原因,采取了一系列针对性防范措施。2017年7-12月共配置液体986 443袋,其中配置差错28袋,配置差错率为0. 028‰,下降率为55%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=12. 224,P <0. 05)。结论通过一系列的针对性防范措施,降低了PIVAS液体配置的差错率,提高了PIVAS的工作质量和效率,保证了患者的用药安全。
Objective To analyze the cause of the misplacement of the drug configuration in the intravenous dispensing center( PIVAS) and observe the preventive effect. Methods The types of liquid configuration errors from January to June in 2017 were analyzed retrospectively and summarized. The causes of errors were analyzed,and the causes of common configuration errors in cabin were analyzed,and corresponding preventive measures were proposed. Results From January to June in2017,the PIVAS in the hospital was equipped with a total of 1 004 671 bags of liquid,with a total of 62 bags of liquid configuration errors,and the allocation error rate was 0. 062‰. By analyzing the cause of configuration error,a series of measures were taken. From July to December in 2017,a total of 986 443 bags of liquid were prepared,of which 28 bags were misconfigured,the error rate was 0. 028‰,the decrease rate was 55%,the difference was statistically significant( X^2= 12. 224,P < 0. 05).Conclusion Through a series of targeted preventive measures,the error rate of PIVAS liquid allocation was reduced,the work quality and efficiency of PIVAS was improved,and the medication safety of patients was guaranteed.
