摘要 担子菌有较高的经济价值和研究价值,近年来,随着分子生物学在担子菌中的深入研究,担子菌的品质、产量、栽培效率和利用价值得到进一步提高。本文从分子标记技术和转化系统两个方面重点阐述讨论担子菌在分子生物技术的研究进展及应用前景。 Basidiomycetes have high economical and research value.In order to use basidiomycetes efficiently,people study them by molecular biotechnology instead of conventional breeding techniques.Several major breakthroughs have been achieved,such as transform system,genetic marker techniques in basidiomycetes.We reviewed in this paper about the actual state and prospect in molecular biotechnology of basidiomycetes.
