摘要
分析了大庆石油学院现行大学生综合测评系统和存在的问题 ,并提出了改革方案 .德育方面 ,增设现实表现指标 ,并采用教师和学生互评 2个评价主体 ,对其 8个单项指标进行模糊综合评判 ;智育方面 ,对指标细化 ,并设置不同的权重 ,以引导学生突出重点技能 ,知识均衡发展 ;体育方面 ,提高选修课和竞技比赛的权重 ,以鼓励和肯定学生的体育特长 .改革后的综合测评核算方案以科学设置指标权重、定量分析与定性分析相结合和采取百分制折算法等措施保证了测评的科学性 .
The analyses of the index system and appraisal method are carried out based on analyzing actualities and problems present in the synthetic evaluation of students' quality. In moral education, an index called realistic behavior consisting of eight elements assessed by teachers and classmates using the theory of fuzzy synthetic evaluation is increased. In intellect education, we try to break down existing index and the importance coefficient in order to lead students to study all of the knowledge based on grasping specialty skills. At the same time, increase the importance coefficient of elective courses in physical education. The paper tries to guarantee the scientific evaluation by designing the importance coefficient of indexes, using qualitative and quantitative analysis and a convert method of one-hundred-mark system.
