摘要
以丝光沸石为催化剂 ,用萘和异丙醇烷基化反应选择性合成 2 ,6-二异丙基萘并对沸石脱钠、强酸脱铝、水蒸气处理、浸渍活性组分等处理 ,探讨了反应时间、反应温度、活性组分对沸石催化剂的影响。在 2 5 0℃反应 3h ,铯(Ce)浸渍沸石催化剂的转化率和选择性都比较好 ,转化率达 3 1.5 9% ,β - α -的选择性达 6.8,2 ,6- 2 ,7-的选择性高达 2 .95。
Shape-selective synthesis of 2,6-diisopropoylnaphthalene is performed on zeolite mordenite by alkylation of naphthalene with isopropanol. Some modification methods such as ion exchange, de-aluminum, steam disposing, impregnation are used on H-mordenite in order to obtain higher activity and selectivity. The influence of reaction time and temperature along with impregnation on activity and selectivity is also discussed. On the mordenite impregnated with Cesium (Cs) a high conversion of 31.59% and a β-/α- selectivity of 6.8 as well as the selectivity of 2,6-/2,7- of 2.95 are reached.
