摘要
目前,我国风险投资业还处于起步阶段,风险投资环境还不完善,本文将从扩大资金来源、完善退出渠道、完 善法律环境、完善税务环境这四方面对完善我国风险投资环境进行探讨。
At present , Chinese risk investment is still in the starting stage and its environment is not perfect so we should strengthen the investment environment in four aspects: enlarging the capital resources, perfecting the withdrawal channel, perfecting legal environment and perfecting the tax environment.
