摘要 为解决松软岩层钻孔施工中的护壁问题,经反复实验研制开发的PAA无固相冲洗液粘度可在18~30s范围内调整,以适应不同地层要求。该冲洗液的护壁作用主要是高分子链中的官能团在助剂A和助剂B的双重交联下,形成致密、坚韧、柔性好的网,吸附或渗入岩石缝隙间,起到网络、胶结破碎层的作用。经在狮子庙矿区试验,钻探直接成本降低了74 6%,钻孔事故率由52%下降到0 2%,台·月进尺、台·月效率提高3倍,优质孔率达到100%。 To solve the problem of protecting wall during the drilling in soft rock strata,the PAA solidfree rinsing fluids has been developed after many times experiment.The fluids viscosity can be adjusted in18~30 second in order to adapt the different stratum.The function of protecting wall by using this kind of rinsing fluids is to help the function group in macromolecule to form a very close and tough net by double crosslinking of agent A and B,and to absorb or penetrate into the crack of the rocks in order to make net or cement the fracture stratum.By the experiment in the Shizimiao mine,the firsthand costing of drilling has decreased by 746%; the accident ratio has fallen from 52% to 02%; the efficiency of each machine for one month has risen 3 times and the ratio of top quality has came to 100%.
