摘要
本文提出了一种智能式局部放电测试系统。本系统具有自检、干扰采集、数据采集、串行通信等11种功能。该系统采用模块化结构,主机模板由MCS—96系列8098单片机组成,用于完成数字信号的采集和处理;输入模板用于接收模拟信号和模拟信号的放大、采样保持、模数转换;键盘显示模块主要完成某些数据的显示;模块连接板主要的功能是将各个模板有机的连接起来,便于系统的安装与调试;软件模块包括监控程序和功能程序两部分,监控程序主要功能是管理键盘、显示器、I/O口、调用和运行用户程序等,功能程序列用来完成数据采集、干扰信号的采集和串行通信等;本文提出了三种抗干扰措施:采用交流稳压器以防止电源系统的过压与欠压,采用隔离变压器抗共模干扰,采用高抗干扰直流稳压电源抗电源干扰。我们用脉冲发生器做一个模拟实验。实验对象为10KHZ的脉冲,在不同的幅值下采集1秒,所得实验数据表明系统能够分辨10kHZ的脉冲,对脉冲的分辨率达到了100μs,满足系统要求。
in this paper ,intelligent partial discharge test system is put forward. The system has eleven kinds of functions, such as automatic check interference sampling ,data sampling , serial communication and so on. The system which is a modular structure adopts 8098 single chip computer of MCS-96 family as the main form board in order to finish sampling and disposing digital signal. Among the modulars, input modular is used for accepting analogue signal, sampling holding and D/A converter. Keyboard and display modular is used for displaying some data. All the modulars will be connected by modular connection board in order to set up and debug the system. In addition, software modular consists of monitor program which can administrate keyboard, displayer, I/O port, debug and run user' s program and function program which can sample data and disturbing signal and communicate serial data. Besides that, three kinds of anti ?interference ways are put forward, namely, first, the AC sta-blilizator is adopted in order to prevent the system from creating overvoltage and undertension. Second, the insulating transformer is used in order to resist common mode disturbing. Third, the DC stabilizator is used as resisting power supply disturbing. At the end of paper, the brief introduction of the test result will be given.
