摘要
本文从研究我国城乡一体化实施对村镇规划管理的影响入手,着重分析了城乡一体化的内外动力因素,充分揭示现阶段村镇规划管理所存在的五大问题,最后提出了六点见解和对策来加强村镇规划管理对城乡一体化思想的贯彻。
Management of village and town planning is the weak part of planning and the theory and practice is concerned insufficiently. But planning is the important part of urban - rural composition in China. Impact of the urban - rural composition upon management of village and town planning is researched, the internal and external motivity to the urban - rural composition is analyzed, the problems and the suggestions of management of village and town planning are indicated.
