摘要
地方专科院校升格为本科院校后,有许多新问题、新情况需要认真探索与思考。必须明确国外高等教育发展趋势,明确面临的挑战和压力,提高改革的自觉性,增强发展的紧迫感;应该使本校的改革发展与国内外高等教育改革与发展的总趋势相适应;从服务范围定位、学科发展定位、层次发展定位等方面实施科学定位;要结合地方的政治、经济、文化、地理条件实际,着力打造本校的地方特色;要重视学科建设、人才培养、师资队伍建设的规范化问题;必须不断更新观念,强化本科意识,加强教学基本建设,提高办学质量。
Many new problems and situations need to be seriously explored and thought after local training institutes are promoted to colleges and universities. Local training institutes clearly know the developing trends of higher education at home and abroad, and face the challenge and pressure. They should raise their consciousness of reform and strengthen their urgency of development. They should adapt their reform and development to the general trend of the would. The orientation of service scope, subject development and developing level must be scientific. Their local features should be presented according to their local politics, economy, culture and geographical conditions. Local training institutes should pay attention to the standardization of subject construction, talent training and teaching staff construction. At the same time they must continuously renew their ideas, strengthen their sense of colleges and universities, enhance the basic teaching construction and improve the teaching quality.
