摘要
渤海稠油油藏油井在开发生产过程中,近井地带存在有机与无机的复合堵塞,以胶质、沥青质等重质组分的有机堵塞为主,此外随着开发时间的延长,地层压力系数在逐渐减小,常规检泵作业过程中漏失逐年严重,加剧了复合堵塞的程度,针对此类情况,研发了一套自生热修井液体系,该体系具有"热、调、洗、溶"综合功能,适用于解除重度有机垢、微量无机垢形成的复合堵塞。论文重点针对自生热修井液体系的作用原理开展了实验评价,实验结果表明,在引发温度60℃的条件下,体系的峰值温度高达135℃,峰值压力高达6.1 MPa,体系综合洗油效率为94%,体系中1 kgYG-A可溶解无机垢CaCO_3和MgCO_3分别为42 g和69 g。截至目前,自生热修井液体系在渤海油田累计应用约25井次,均在检泵作业期间施工作业,措施成功率高达80%,自生热修井液的应用前景广阔。
During the mining process of the Bohai heavy oil reservoir, mainly due to the organic blockage of heavy components such as colloid and asphaltene, there exists a seriously organic and inorganic compound blockage around the near-well zone. With the exploitations continuing, the formation pore pressure gradually drops, and the leakage during the routine pumping inspection operation becomes more and more serious, which increases the degree of compound blockage. Aim to these problems, a self-heating workover fluid system has been developed, which has the comprehensive functions of heating, profile control, washing and dissolution, and is suitable for relieving the compound blockage generated by mass of organic scale and a small amount of inorganic scale. The experimental evaluation of the working principle of the self-heating workover fluid system indicates that, when the initiation temperature is 60 ℃, the peak temperature of the fluid system can be up to 135 °C and the peak pressure can reach at 6.1 MPa. And the comprehensive oil washing rate of the system reach at 94 %. Moreover, 1 kg of YG-A can dissolve inorganic scale of CaCO3 and MgCO3, 42 g and 69 g respectively. Up to now, while the pump inspection, the self-heating workover fluid system has been applied in 25 wells of the Bohai oilfield. The success rate of system is as high as 80 %, and the self-heating workover fluid system has a promising application prospect.
