摘要
目的 观察新鲜羊膜及保存羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法 将新鲜羊膜及保存羊膜分别按同样的方法植入到切除胬肉组织的巩膜裸露区,观察术后结膜及角膜。观察6～12月。结果 新鲜羊膜移植组20眼,角膜透明,无新生血管及结膜样组织增生,巩膜区结膜覆盖好,充血消失。保存羊膜移植组22眼中有2眼翼状胬肉复发。结论 羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉有较好疗效,新鲜羊膜较保存羊膜效果更好。
Objective To evaluate the treatment of pterygium with fresh amni-otic membrane and preserved amniotic membrane. Methods The excision of pterygium was preformed, fresh amniotc membrane or preserved amniotic membrane transplanted into the bared solera. Results All the patients were followed-up for 6-12 months. The cornea of 20 eyes with fresh amniotc membrane were transparent, non-neovascularization and conjunctival tissue proliferation, the sclera were covered well and con-junctival congestion disappeared. Pterygium occurred again postoperatively in two of 22 eyes with preserved amniotc membrane. Conclusion Amniotic membrance transplantion is a better method for treatmnet of pterygium, the fresh amniotc membrane is better than preserved one.
