摘要
酚醛泡沫是一种难燃、少烟、低毒的新型建筑材料,该产品在国内已首次工业化生产。提述了树脂活性、催化剂、发泡剂、表面活性剂和初始温度对发泡过程的影响,确定了发泡剂用量为10~15%、表面活性剂用量为2~3%、催化剂用量为10~15%,指出了初始温度控制要使发泡剂的蒸发与树脂粘度增长相匹配。
Foamed phenolic plastic is a new building material with uninflammability, lowsmoking and low toxicity. The prodact was first pat intp industrialized production domestically, 'n this paper affects of resole reactivity, cetalyst, blowing agent, surfactant and initial temperature on foaming process are presented. The content of blowing agant is fixed at 10 -15%, that of surfactant 2-3% and shat of catalyst 10-15%. The initial temperature should bs controlled so this blowing agent evaporation can be matched with resole viscosity increase.
