摘要
8- 8 112 AB是由甘蓝型油菜 pol细胞质生态型雄性不育两用系 AB1与双低甘蓝型油菜品种杂交选育出的新型双低生态型 pol CMS两用系 ,其在武昌秋播时表现雄性可育 ,在兰州或秭归高山夏播时表现雄性不育。在相对低温条件下 ,8- 8112 AB与正常油菜品系 114 1B(pol CMS保持系 )的花器官形态特征表现相似 ,而在相对高温条件下 ,则与 polCMS不育系 114 1A基本相同。不同播期、异地播种和人工控温试验结果表明 ,温度是影响 8- 8112 AB育性变化的因子 ,低温促进可育而高温导致不育。遗传分析初步表明 ,8- 8112
AB with double low quality and good agronomical traits was an ecotypical male sterile fertile line with pol cytoplasm, and developed from the progeny of a cross between AB1(an ecotypical male sterile fertile line) and a variety with double low quality. 8 8112AB was male fertile when it was sown at Wuhan in Autumn, and became sterile while it was sown at Lanzhou or Zigui (high mountain region). The floral organs of 8 8112AB were morphologically similar to those of fertile line 1141B in lower temperature and those of pol CMS line 1141A in higher temperature. According to the sowing date experiment and temperature treatment for 8 8112AB and its F 1(1141A×8 8112AB), it can be concluded that the fertility is affected by temperature, and lower temperature contributes to male fertility but higher temperature to male sterility. Preliminary inheritance analysis indicated that temperature sensitivity of 8 8112AB might be controlled by several pairs of minor genes.
