摘要
黄土高原在环境脆弱与经济发展低下的双重胁迫下,如何探索既适合环境保护又适应当地经济发展需求的战略对策至关重要。以黄土高原生态系统服务价值分析为基础,提出了该地区以农户单元、流域单元和区域尺度的生态系统服务恢复与重建对策。研究表明,尽管长期以来被人们所忽视,在生态环境脆弱区的生态系统服务价值依然是客观存在的,但是这些服务功能远不足以维持系统的自我循环,导致生态环境恶化趋势日趋严重。为此,必须科学分析该地区生态系统服务的现状与不足,并采取科学合理可行的生态系统恢复对策,为生态—经济系统的协调可持续发展提供生态保障。
In Loess Plateau region, under the strong stress of fragile environment and low economic level, seeking a tradeoff between environmental conservation and economic developing is more essential . Through estimating the value of ecosystem services in Ansai county, we know that ecosystem services objectively do existed even in fragile ecosystems, although the ability of ecosystem services have been disregarded by some degrees for a long time. Nevertheless, these services can not sustain selforganized of ecosystem, it need to take measurements to restore ecological function. In this article, we put forward many measures to restore the fragile ecosystems in peasant household, watershade, and region scales.
