摘要
对喷射鼓泡反应器结构及反应器内传质、反应状态进行了分析 ,并对脱硫浸锰进行了研究。结果表明 ,采用喷射鼓泡反应器可以获得好的脱硫率和锰浸出率 ,同时该反应器将SO2 吸收和锰浸出放在一个设备中进行 ,省去了外循环系统 ,故该装置系统简单、紧凑 ,投资省 。
The structure of a jet bubbling reactor,the mass transfer and reactive conditions within this reactor are analyzed; desulphuration and manganese-leaching are also studied.The results indicate that high rates of desulphuration and manganese-leaching can be obtained using this sort of reactor;SO 2-absorbing and Mn-leaching can be done by one equipment,which resulting in a system that features simple devices,compact,investment-saving and high efficiency of desulphuration.
