摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果.方法:对2011-03~2014-08内蒙古民族大学附属医院收治的30例过敏性紫癜患儿,在常规治疗基础上进行护理干预.结果:30例过敏性紫癜患儿经治疗后均好转出院.结论:对于过敏性紫癜患儿给予饮食护理、心理护理等,可提高临床治疗效果,降低患儿复发率.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on children allergic purpura. Meth-ods:30 cases of the children with allergic purpura in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolian University for Na-tionalities from March 2011to August 2014, on the basis of conventional therapy, received nursing intervention. Re-sults:30 patients were all improved and discharged. Conclusion:In the treatment of children allergic purpura, the diet nursing and psychological nursing can improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate.
