摘要
以石油、化工生产为背景 ,在综合介绍软仪表技术的理论研究和实际应用现状的基础上 ,认为软仪表作为由可测变量来计算不可测变量的一般方法和技术 ,是一门需要长期发展的技术 ;指出可计算性和实时性是建立软仪表的两个基本问题 ;基于动态机理模型 ,用观测器方法建立的软仪表 ,可以较好地适应过程这两个基本要求 ,是发展方向。
With the background of production of petrochemical industry,on the basis of comprehensive introduction of theoretical study and current status of practical application for soft instrument technology,the author stated that soft instrument technology is the method and technology for calculating unmeasurable variable by using measurable variable,this technology shall be developed in long term;in addition,it is stated that real time base and calculability are two basic topics in establishing soft instrument.The soft instrument established by using observer and based on dynamic mechanism model is better adapted to process meeting these two requirements.
