摘要
资本市场与商业银行的发展之间并不是简单的资金竞争关系 ,事实上资本市场的发展优化了商业银行市场治理机制 ,为现代银行制度的形成提供了前提。本文从信号显示机制和市场退出机制两个角度对于资本市场与商业银行的发展进行了分析 ,得出了资本市场与商业银行的制度建设是一种相铺相成的关系 ,二者将在互动之中共同走向规范的结论。
The relationship between capital market and commercial banks' development isn't the relationship of simple fund competition. In fact, the development of the capital market optimizes the commercial banks' market governance mechanism, and provides the precondition for the formation of the modern banking system. From the points of view of signal mechanism and market retreat mechanism, this article analyzes the development of both capital market and commercial banks, and then comes to the conclusion that the systematic construction of the capital market and commercial banks is 'a relationship of supplementing each other', and the two parties will move towards regulation in the act of interaction.
