摘要
在我国社会转型时期 ,由于各种社会情况发生了深刻而复杂的变化 ,经济成分和经济利益的多样化 ,生活方式和社会组织形式的多样化 ,以及就业岗位和就业形式的多样化 ,导致人们价值取向多元化。从而使大学生党员的质量问题成为我们必须倍加关注的问题。文章从全程跟踪的理念出发 ,以保证质量为核心 ,详细论证了发展大学生党员各阶段的具体措施。
During the period of our social transition,Profound and complicated changes have taken place. So we should pay more attention to the quality of students party member ship. This paper describes the concrete measure during each phase of taking in students as Party members.
