摘要
比较了几种双环戊二烯改性不饱和聚酯树脂的制备方法,并着重介绍了一种封端法制备双环戊二烯不饱和聚酯树脂的工艺过程。由上述改性树脂制成的玻璃钢制品具有良好的表面气干性、较低的收缩率、较好的光和热稳定性以及耐化学品性能。
In this paper,several synthetic methods of unsaturated polyester resin(UPR)were introduced and the synthetic process of UPR terminated with dicyclopentadiene was described emphatically.The fiber reinforced thermoset product from this resin showed excellent airdrying,low shrinking and light,heat and corrosion-resistance.
