摘要
指出了目前高校固定资产管理工作存在的主要问题,分析了产生问题的原因,提出了加强与改进高校固定资产管理工作的对策:(1)提高管理意识,加大宣传力度;(2)建立管理机构,搞好队伍建设;(3)健全规章制度,管好固定资产;(4)强化日常管理工作,提高管理水平;(5)加强对经营性资产管理,防止国有资产流失;(6)高校固定资产也应计提折旧。
The thesis points out the key problem of the fixed assets management in college and the reasons of these problems. It enhances and improves the countermeasures of fixed assets. Here are the specific aspects: (1) Increase the consciousness of management and enlarge the publicity; (2) Establish the managing organization and makea good troops construction; (3) Build good regulations system and good managing fixed assets; (4) Enhance the usual management work and increase the management level; (5) Enhance the property management and prevent state-owned property from running off; (6) The fixed assets should suggest the depreciation.
