418株解脲脲原体药敏结果的分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的 通过对解脲脲原体药敏结果的分析,来为临床选择有效的抗菌药物提供参考。 方法用支原体培养药敏试剂盒检测1446份标本,并对敏感耐药性作出初步探讨。 结果 解脲脲原体对美满霉素、强力霉素及交沙霉素最为敏感,敏感率分别为97.1%、95.7%和88.3%;耐药率最高为壮观霉素高达69.4%其次为环丙沙星和螺旋霉素分别为34.4%和27.0% 结论 对临床支原体引起的感染,应以美满霉素、强力霉素及交沙霉素作为首选药物进行治疗。 Objectives To selects the appropriciate antibiotics accurately for clinic through the analysis of results of ureaplasma uralyticum's susceptibility test. Methods 1446 samples were cultured with myeoplasma susceptibity test kit. Their drug sensitivity and resistance were analysed initially. Results The strains had the highest sensitivity rate to minocyline, doxycycline and josamycin(97.1%, 95.7%, and 88.3% respectively), While the first rate of drug resistance was spectinomycin and were ciprofloxacin, acetyl-spirarnysin secondly. (69.4%,34.4% and 27.0% respectively). Conclusions To treat the infection caused by ureaplasma uralyticum, such antibiotics as minocyline, doxycycline and josamysin can be choosed first for resisting the strains.
