高等学校应主动适应高等教育国际化的形势,大力加强国际交流与合作,并应在转变教育思想观念、提高人才培养质量、增强持续发展和竞争能力等方面进行必要的思考和探索。
Institutioins of high education should be ready to adapt to the internationalization of high educatioin and make studies and researches on changes of education principles, focuses of personnel training quality,enhancement of sustainable development and competitive power.
