摘要
花生壳在乙醇和醋酸混合液作用下分离出黄色素后,剩余残渣分别用于处理模拟含铅废水、含铬废水、含镍废水、含铜废水、含铁废水及福州市某电路板厂待处理的含铅废水。实验考察了废水处理前后pH值的变化,及花生壳用量对各种金属离子脱除率的影响。在pH=5.0,条件相同时,对实际含铅废水进行多次实验,含铅915 mg/L的废水经处理后,可降至0.21 mg/L以下,且不存在二次污染。
After yellow element is extracted from peanut shells by the effect of mixed liquid of ethanol and acetic acid, the remains will be used respectively to treat simulated lead bearing wastewater, chromium bearing wastewater, nickel bearing wastewater, and also actual lead bearing wastewater discharged from a circuit board-making factory in Fuzhou. The experiment investigates the pH value of wastewater before and after the treatment and the effect of the amount of peanut shell used on the isolation rate of all kinds of metal ions. When pH is 5.0, and others are under the same condition, many experiments on real lead bearing wastewater have been done and the results show that lead bearing 915 mg/L wastewater can be reduced to below 0.21 mg/L after being treated, and the re-pollution can be avoided.
