摘要
物流管理可以看作是存货流、信息流、资金流的综合管理。存货流管理包括操作层次的库存补充和运输路径规划以及战略层次的设施地点规划。信息流管理便是本着物流信息系统构建原则,借助先进的计算机技术、网络技术以及在电子商务中跨越部门与企业的相关应用的集成式管理。本文介绍了现代物流和数据挖掘技术的国内外发展状况,提出了将数据挖掘技术应用于物流信息管理中的益处,阐述了电子商务时代运用数据挖掘技术进行现代物流信息管理的方向,重点论述了数据挖掘技术在物流管理中的重要作用,指出数据挖掘为进一步的数据分析和决策支持提供了强有力的技术支撑。
Logistics in some sense is the comprehensive management of stock, information and currency. Stock management comprises the operating level including stock supply and transportation route planning, and the strategic level contains facilities planning and establishments planning. Based on the principle of the construction of logistics information management system, information management has resort to computer technology, network technology, and the integrated management mode of e - commerce which is applied to different departments and enterprises. This paper first reviews the latest development of logistics and data digging technology at home and abroad, then lists the benefits data digging brings to logistics information management, and finally expounds the orientations of logistic information management facilitated by data digging in the e -commerce age.
