摘要
本文从佛山地区采集临诊上有典型大肠杆菌病变的病、死禽病料 ,经细菌分离培养和生化试验鉴定出 3 3株大肠杆菌。经 O血清型测定 ,共鉴定出 1 6个分离株的 O血清型 ,这些分离株覆盖了即 O1,O2 6,O3 6,O56,O60 ,O78,O14 1,其中以 O78血清型为主 ,共 6株 ,占定型菌株的 3 7.5 % ;O78血清型在种类上只占定菌株血清型总数的1 4.3 % ( 1 /7)。因此可以认定
The clinical diagnosed Escherichia coil of disease and dead birds material came from Foshan?Nanhai?Gaoming etc.district were tested by cultured and separated test?biochemical test and were obtained 33 strains E.coil.The seven Osertype was O 1,O 26 ,O 36 ,O 56 ,O 60 ,O 78 ,O 141 was belong to six strains,O 78 stertype is the most 37.5% of examined strains.And the other 17strains are not belong to the knowed Osertype.
