摘要
采用变唇口加板或加杆的方法,模拟某飞机进气道出口截面不同型式的总压畸变流场。变唇口加板能模拟具有中心低压区的总压分布;变唇口加杆可模拟具有中心高压区且周向畸变较小的总压分布。采用圆弧切割法能较正确地模拟总压等值线形状。所模拟的稳态周向总压畸变指数(DC_(60))、平均湍流度((?)_u)和最大瞬时总压畸变指数(K_(θ_(max))或K_(r_(max)))均能达到规定的精度要求。该方法不仅能模拟复杂的总压分布和稳态畸变指数;
The method of the combination of varying-lip and plate or rod is applied to simulate two kinds of total pressure distorted flow fields at the inlet / engine interface plane of an aircraft. The contour map of the total pressure with low pressure area at centre can be simulated by the method of the combination of varying-lip and plate. The contour map of small circumferential total pressure distortion with high pressure area at centre can be simulated by the method of the combination of lip and rod. The technique of the lip with cut-out can be used to simulate exactly the shape of the total pressure contour map. As a result, the simulated total pressure distortion index DC60, the mean turbulence T and the maximum instantaneous distortion indexes (Kθmax or Krmax ) meet the requirement of tolerance. This method allows one to simulate not only various complex contour maps of the total pressure and steady distortion index but also unsteady distortion index. The method is also inexpensive and convenient.
