摘要
葛根素具有广泛的药理作用 ,临床上主要用于心脑血管疾病的治疗 ,如心律失常、心绞痛、冠心病、心肌梗死、心力衰竭、高血压、脑水肿等。本文概述了葛根素的药理作用、临床应用、制剂研究及结构修饰的研究进展。
Puerarin, which has comprehensiv e pharmacological action, is mainly used clinically for treatment of cardiovascu lar system diseases, e.g. arrhythmia, cardiac angina, coronary heart disease, my ocardial infarction, heart failure, hyperpiesia, cerebral edema. The recent stud ies on pharmacological action, clinical application, pharmaceutics and structura l modifications of puerarin were reviewed.
